Job Description Job Description About the Role: Compassionate Senior Companions Inc is looking for a dedicated and caring Home Care Aide to join our team in Downingtown, PA. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly and senior clients Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Transport or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or care coordinators Requirements: Prior experience as a Home Care Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related personal care role preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and mobility support Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work independently CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Must pass a background check and any required state clearances in Pennsylvania About Us: Compassionate Senior Companions Inc has been proudly serving seniors and their families in the Downingtown, PA area with trusted, high-quality in-home care.
