Machine Operator I: Night shift

Machine Operator I ProLogistix is seeking Machine Operators I to join a production team in Monroe, WA. This role supports all facets of metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient production flow. Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM Pay range: $20–$24 per hour Additional Requirements An updated resume is required for consideration Candidates must complete an interview with the client prior to placement Responsibilities Operate machinery : Run punch presses, CNC mills, CNC benders, band saws, drill presses, and similar equipment. Material handling : Load/unload raw materials, stage work-in-process parts, and maintain organized work areas. Quality checks : Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Blueprint reading : Interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication designs accurately. Safety compliance : Follow OSHA standards, complete equipment inspections, and use PPE consistently. Continuous improvement : Participate in Kaizen events and suggest process improvements.
