Customer Service Representative

3+ month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance. Schedule 1st Shift: Start between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM–7:00 PM 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential) Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flex day off during the week Russell Tobin is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a top client in the financial services industry. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and account-related questions. Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting customer interactions accurately. Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Follow company policies and provide an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, banking, call center, or similar). Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance is required, especially during training. Must be able to work onsite and every other Saturday.
