Compensation and Benefits Team members earn $20.50 to $23.00 per hour base pay (including shift differentials and premiums) plus up to $2.46 per hour incentive pay based on performance. Receiving: Unload freight with forklift or power equipment, process product via RF scanner onto dock, prepare for stocking. Stocking: Use RF scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory, prepare freight for order picking while on foot or with reach lift. Order Filling: Use voice‑collect headset to select and stage merchandise, complete orders efficiently via foot or forklift. Shipping: Operate forklift or power equipment to load product onto outgoing trailers strategically. Shift availability is varied.
