Job Description

• Lead daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment
• Manage, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 10+ employees
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues
• Ensure equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
• Partner with production and sanitation teams to maximize equipment performance
• Support emergency response activities and facility safety efforts
• Monitor maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and safety requirements
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessary

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and machine repair
• Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor controls, drives, and 3-phase electrical systems
• Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Food manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Technical certification preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
