Here's what it takes to succeed with us.Requirements:Extensive maintenance leadership experience in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systemsExperience with high-speed conveyor systems and automated material handling equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawingsExperience managing maintenance budgets, vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventoryStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skillsKnowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and workplace safety programsExperience with PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance systems preferredStrong project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skillsJob Duties:Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe and efficient operation of distribution center equipmentDevelop and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliabilityRespond to equipment failures and coordinate repairs to support operational goalsManage maintenance budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationshipsOversee contractors, facility projects, inspections, and equipment upgradesTrain, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors and techniciansDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment, processes, and facility operationsSupport succession planning and employee development programsServe as a subject matter expert on maintenance systems, safety compliance, and technical troubleshootingLead mechanization and automation improvement projects from design through implementationEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standardsMaintain a safe work environment and drive year-over-year improvements in safety performanceWhy This Role?
