Front Desk Representative

Job Description We are looking to add a reliable Front Desk Representative to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure that each guest has a positive experience with us! Responsibilities Providing the best customer service possible. You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one. Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant. Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner. Making lodging and rental reservations. Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work setting. Must be reliable, organized, and detail oriented. Strong communication and listening skills. Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests. Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals. Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms. Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. Bartend at our Roughlock Lounge, as needed. Salary $16 - $19 DOE Bartending Tips Employees will receive a sign on bonus of up to $500 following 6 months of continuous employment.
