Data Integration Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Integration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data across critical business applications and data platforms. This role serves as a key partner to business stakeholders, data stewards, application owners, and technical teams to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality and integration issues while supporting enterprise data governance initiatives. The right candidate will perform data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity of data throughout its lifecycle. This person will support and validate data integrations across enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, and other business applications, ensuring accurate data mappings, transformations, and system-to-system data flows. The role will contribute to the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, metadata, lineage documentation, governance standards, and data quality controls that support organizational compliance and operational excellence. This individual will also develop and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting capabilities to identify trends, communicate risks, and drive continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams to enhance enterprise data management practices and support data-driven decision-making.

This position is slated to be a 6 month contract looking to pay 50-60/hr. While on contract with Insight Global health dental and vision benefits are offered with access to contribute to your 401k. If interested please apply today!

Skills and Requirements

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

o 3+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, data integration, data management in the telecommunications industry

o Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root cause analysis.

o Working knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and Snowflake environments and the data structures and integrations associated with enterprise applications.

o Proficiency in SQL and experience querying and analyzing large datasets.

Understanding of data integration concepts, including source-to-target mappings, transformations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines. o Experience in Azure highly preferred

o Experience in Tableau for data visualization
