The majority of your work will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while still providing consistent support to your clients. You will engage in regular virtual face-to-face interactions, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to create a safe space for therapy. While you will primarily work from home, you may occasionally meet clients in our outpatient office located in Tulare, California, depending on specific treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms related to mood disorders, traumatic experiences, and relationship challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, considering each client's unique experiences and therapeutic needs.

• Provide education to clients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment options, and therapeutic techniques, thus fostering an understanding and supportive environment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care, facilitating integrated treatment plans that address physical and mental health considerations.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client status or needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your role involves establishing trust and rapport with clients, creating a therapeutic alliance that empowers them to explore their emotions and experiences safely.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active California LMFT license to provide therapy.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
