Required Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• 1-2 years recent CVOR experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Strong team collaboration and effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to pre-, intra-, and post-op cardiovascular surgery patients
• Scrub and circulate as needed during CVOR procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Monitor patients for changes and respond rapidly to emergent situations
• Ensure sterility and organization of the OR; manage instrumentation and supplies
