Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year CVOR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
• Effective communicator and an enthusiastic team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate in cardiovascular operating rooms
• Coordinate care for cardiovascular surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Work collaboratively with surgeons and anesthesiologists to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols
• Document care and interventions promptly and accurately
