Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient safety and care

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in complex CVOR surgical procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal safety
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to coordinate efficient patient care
• Document accurately and promptly within electronic medical records
• Support and mentor less experienced colleagues when appropriate
