Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Pay Scale: $65–$70/hr - W2 only, NO C2C

Duration: 12–18 months

Job Title: Sr Data Scientist

Project Details

• Will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data science solutions that address complex business problems
• This is not a lead or architect position; it is a hands‑on coding role within an Agile environment

Must Haves

• Strong hands‑on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling
• Proven expertise in Python programming
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, GenAI models, and OpenAI APIs
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics, fine‑tuning, and deployment best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Agile methodology experience
