Physical Therapist

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care. This includes collaboration with team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care. Rehabilitation equipment includes splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment modalities. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Acute care experience is preferred. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after submission may lead to rescinded offers. Candidates must have their own vehicle for this position. All requests for time off must be included in the profile. Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
