Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding client service by overseeing the entire recruitment process for back-office positions, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding across various departments such as HR, Finance, and Compliance.
Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs within corporate and control functions.
Create detailed search strategies encompassing role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, and interview frameworks tailored to each department's requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance leaders to align recruiting plans, set expectations, and ensure accountability.
Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies for specialized back-office roles.
Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to inform hiring strategies for corporate functions.
Work with external search firms for senior-level and specialized roles when necessary.
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage potential candidates.
Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
Negotiate and extend competitive offers across various seniority levels.
Requirements
At least 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
5 years of experience in talent acquisition for HR, Finance, or Compliance roles in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics in corporate function talent markets.
Experience in recruiting for back-office roles such as HR, compensation, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with effective prioritization.
Familiarity with HR practices related to recruiting, including compensation and benefits structures.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
