Compensation Package: Performance-based pay of $45,000 - $60,000/year Six weeks of paid training at $15.00 - $18.00/hour Company-provided work vehicle Established route with no door-to-door sales required Full-time benefits (health insurance, dental, life, and PTO) Primary Pest Technician Responsibilities: Learning about the behaviors and biology of different kinds of structural pests Learning the proper IPM (integrated pest management) techniques Professionally communicating with clients, learning about their concerns, and answering any questions Applying pest control techniques and completing high-quality work while managing your time efficiently The Qualifications: Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region Coachable mindset and a motivation to keep learning Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to pass a state certification exam after a 6‑week training period We’d prefer that you already have Pest Technician experience, but it’s not required for the right candidates.
