Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description At Devereux, we support children and adolescents with autism and behavioral health needs in a structured, compassionate residential environment. As an RBT , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening treatment outcomes by supporting both individuals served and the staff who implement their care. This is not a typical RBT role; you’ll be hands‑on in the environment, coaching staff, modeling interventions, and helping ensure programs are implemented with fidelity.
