- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and timelines
- Present tailored, value-driven solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM activity, ensuring data integrity and visibility
- Follow up consistently on quotes and opportunities to drive conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer satisfaction
- Grow and retain existing accounts through ongoing relationship management and service
