RN Clinical Nurse II - Central Staffing Office (Float Pool) UNC Health offers per diem, part-time and full-time opportunities for our newly developed Central Staffing Office (internal staffing pool). Full‑time positions are eligible for the Nurse Commitment Incentive Program. Job Overview We are building a dynamic, system‑wide internal staffing pool supporting the following UNC Health‑owned hospitals: UNC Medical Center, UNC Hillsborough Hospital, UNC REX Hospital, UNC REX Holly Springs Hospital, and UNC Youth Behavioral Health (requires prior behavioral health nursing experience). Nurses will float across multiple facilities, providing hands‑on care in at least two of the following high‑impact clinical areas: Acute (Med‑Surg & ED Holding), Critical Care, and ED. Key Locations UNC Medical Center – Chapel Hill UNC Hillsborough Hospital – Hillsborough UNC REX Hospital – Raleigh UNC REX Holly Springs Hospital – Holly Springs UNC Youth Behavioral Health – Butner, NC (if background in behavioral health) Schedule Full‑time, part‑time and per diem roles are available. All shifts are open; per diem is a single shift per week. Flexible scheduling options are available. Requirements

• At least five years of inpatient hospital experience.
• Adaptable, confident, and energized by caring for diverse patient populations.
• Prior behavioral health nursing experience is required for Youth Behavioral Health float.
