Member Services Assistant

Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission! They are looking for a personable detail-oriented Member Services Assistant with 3+ years of administrative, database management, customer service, and/or data entry experience. shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support for membership services unit. 
• Answer calls and emails.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses using established guidance, templates, and escalation protocols.
• Identify recurring issues or trends in inquiries and flag them for program staff as appropriate.
• Support other, time-sensitive operational tasks, as assigned by program staff.
• Other administrative duties.
