Wire EDM Set Up and Operator | $20-$25 per hour | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (overtime until 4:30 PM as needed)

Job Description
The Wire EDM Set Up and Operator will program and set up EDM equipment to produce precision parts for tool-makers and designers. This role involves operating multiple wire EDM machines and ensuring high-quality output through careful monitoring and inspection. The position requires technical skill and attention to detail to meet exact specifications. 

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and program EDM equipment for precision part production 
• Operate and manage multiple wire EDM machines efficiently 
• Measure and document dimensions of machined parts 
• Monitor the EDM machining process and inspect finished products for quality

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Experience in setting up and programming EDM equipment 
• Ability to work with multiple wire EDM machines 
• Strong skills in measurement and documentation of dimensions 
• Attention to detail for monitoring processes and inspecting finished products

The base salary range for this position is $41,600–$52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
