Responsibilities include coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and helping organizations navigate transitions effectively.The Strategy and Change Consultant also involves conducting research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools to develop communications, track project milestones, monitor stakeholder feedback, and support decision-making.
