Work You'll Do As a Talent Management Analytics Project Specialist for our federal client, you will be responsible for: Analyzing workforce, talent, and labor market data to identify trends, assess future workforce needs, and support strategic talent management and workforce planning decisionsConducting quantitative research, labor market analyses, and workforce studies to evaluate talent availability, workforce dynamics, and emerging human capital challengesDeveloping forecasts, models, assessments, and data-driven recommendations that inform workforce strategy, talent planning, and organizational decision-makingCreating executive-ready reports, presentations, and briefings that translate complex workforce and labor market data into actionable insights for stakeholdersCollaborating with client and Deloitte stakeholders to support analytic efforts, align findings to workforce priorities, and inform implementation planning A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree6+ years of professional experience3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, human capital analytics, labor market research, quantitative research, or statistical analysis, including analyzing workforce and talent data, conducting research and forecasting activities, and developing executive-ready insights and recommendationsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceAbility to co-locate at the client site in Arlington, VA 50-80% of the timeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Active Secret security clearanceExperience supporting workforce planning and talent management initiatives within large federal agencies For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
