Drainage Superintendent

Overview We are currently seeking a Drainage Superintendent for our Transportation Division in the Chicagoland Area and Mount Pleasant, WI. Responsibilities Overall management of field operations Create and manage project schedule Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications Establish budgets and control costs Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances Identify project risk and work to mitigate it Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor Conduct systematic quality control inspections Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards Manage jobsite cleanliness Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision Prepare daily logs Qualifications High School diploma 6+ years of drainage experience Basic computer skills preferred Specific roles may require relocation to Chicagoland Salary Range: $121,000 - $179,000 per year.
