You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.As a Senior UX Program Manager, you will drive the execution and operations of business generation within Google's Search results pages. Manage complex project lifecycles from concept to launch.Drive consensus across functions (e.g., engineering, product, and organic search) on UX priorities, resources, and progress. Integrate varied perspectives to align stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Partner closely with UX Designers to guide file setup, mock updates, and stakeholder notifications for high-stakes reviews. Own and drive vendor partnerships, including opex and team/vendor operations.Create and deliver impactful communications tailored to different audiences, from team updates to executive leadership reviews.Leverage AI tools, processes, and methods to address resource, technical, or time limitations, improve deliverables, and align with team goals.
