Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid and active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy for K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Provide direct and indirect interventions tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and local guidelines
