Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Maryland state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write evaluations, and interpret results for eligibility and progress
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative intervention planning
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff related to speech/language strategies
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with school policies
