This is a home-based ABA therapy position , where you’ll work one-on-one with children in their natural environment to support skill development and independence.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
