We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, while providing clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth. Work you'll be responsible for Research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring Draft emails and memos Draft firm‑wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax Assist with firm‑wide trainings in federal income tax Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions Basic Qualifications 3+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred) J.D. Preferred Qualifications Tax LL.M. Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations Strong analytical and writing skills Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint) EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit‑based employer. For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between \$100,000 and \$150,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
