The Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions Responsibilities include: Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability. Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives. Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals. Ability to travel up to 50% Here's what you need: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation. Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments. Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes. Preferred qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders across global organizations. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
