Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in school settings is preferred
• Comfortable conducting therapy in both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) formats
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress and success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
• Participate in meetings, progress reports, and IEP planning
• Offer support and guidance to staff and families on communication strategies and interventions
