Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric or school-aged populations
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation, or a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to student progress and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver services in person or via teletherapy, tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each child’s IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and data tracking in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the educational team
• Engage positively with students, providing encouragement and celebrating progress
