Job advertisement: Auxiliary staff (m/f/d) wanted for reception Founded in 1950, the sports school is one of the leading soccer bases and one of the largest sports schools in Germany with special sports facilities for numerous sports, its own catering facilities and 212 beds. In addition to athletes, the Hennef Sports School – like a hotel – also accommodates pure conference and overnight guests. We are looking to strengthen our team with immediate effect or at the earliest possible date. as a working student (or on a 603 € basis) – initially limited to one year (with the possibility of extension) – for the reception of our company. Your area of responsibility includes: You will support our team of employees mainly in the afternoon and evening hours as well as at weekends and on public holidays: Looking after our guests on arrival and departure Entering bookings and guest lists Maintenance of the guest file Further administrative tasks for the sports school administration. You bring with you: Flexibility, commitment, a friendly and open demeanor Very good knowledge of current PC user programs Confident knowledge of written and spoken English.
