[Required] + Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills and ability to implement program goals. [Required] + Effective communication skills, written and verbal. [Required] + Ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff. [Required] + Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint [Required] + Excellent creative, analytical and critical thinking skills [Required] + Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills [Required] + Demonstrates the ability to develop and mentor others to their optimum levels of skill and professionalism. [Required] + Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nursing care standards [Required] + Analytical skills to assess patient condition. [Required] + Effective oral communication skills to interview patients and explain next steps as well as to pass information on to other members of the care team. [Required] + Decision-making skills to quickly assign a rating or triage need [Required] + Strong written communication skills to record patient information clearly and concisely.
