Member Experience Manager
At StretchZone, our mission is to improve the quality of life for as many people as possible through practitioner-assisted stretching.
We are looking for an energetic, positive, and people-focused Member Experience Manager who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals. This is more than a front desk or sales positionyou will serve as a guide, educator, and relationship builder throughout our members' wellness journey.

Compensation: Base Hourly + Commission Competitive hourly pay $13.50 - $14.50 Per Hours DOE Performance-based commissions and bonuses. Paid training and ongoing education. Career growth opportunities. The ability to positively impact people's lives every day Compensation: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Member Experience: Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. Build relationships that make every client feel valued and supported. Manage scheduling, member communication, and resolve concerns. Protect and enhance the positive culture of the studio.
Guide New Members: Conduct introductory stretch consultations and studio tours. Educate guests on practitioner-assisted stretching. Understand goals and recommend appropriate membership or packages. Follow up with prospective members and build lasting relationships.
Drive Growth & Retention: Improve member retention through meaningful touch points. Encourage referrals and community involvement. Participate in local events and partnerships. Support studio revenue and membership growth.
What Success Looks Like: Passion for helping others. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications: Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or sales preferred. Comfortable with phone outreach, networking, and educating clients. Professional, positive, and self-motivated.
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
