Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Patrol Inspection in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. - Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records while communicating relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
