We are looking for an Experienced Site Supervisor to join our McHugh Steel team.

As a Site Supervisor you will be reporting directly to the Steel Framing Construction Manager and expected to perform the following tasks:

• Build quality projects in accordance with plans, specifications and company construction policies and procedures within contracted timeframes
• Day to day scheduling, management and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Maintaining site safety and cleanliness
• Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard
• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
• Attend monthly construction meetings

• QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months
• Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
• Trade/Construction background

• Is happy to travel for work, this may include outside the Bundaberg/Wide Bay region
• Has strong leadership & motivational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors
• An ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Confidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of people
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, including oral and written communication
• A passion to produce a high quality of work
• Company vehicle, phone, laptop & tablet provided
