Execute sales strategies to meet performance targets and expand market share.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication through regular check-ins, address real-time needs, nurture long-term partnerships, and enhance satisfaction to secure strategic collaborations.Business Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project solutions aligned with market insights and objectives. Manage quotations, contract negotiations, and finalizations.Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee receivables for clients within payment terms, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and ensure timely fund recovery.Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather market data, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.About You5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or warehousingProven track record of closing mid-to-large deals as an individual contributorStrong understanding of 3PL services (warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, value-added services)Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholdersExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.Preferred but not essential for this role:Experience selling to e-commerce, retail, or import/export clientsFamiliarity with WMS, OMS, or ERP integrationsExperience working with international or Asia-based HQ teamsExisting book of business or strong industry network in CaliforniaAt JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
