Electro-Mechanical Assembler II

Electro-Mechanical Assembler III Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler III to support a leading manufacturing and engineering organization. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler III will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex electro-mechanical systems and equipment while working closely with engineering and production teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform wiring, cable routing, pneumatic tubing, and mechanical assembly of equipment and systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics on assemblies and systems Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality and production standards Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment safely and effectively Support prototype builds, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support project completion Train and assist junior assemblers as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and OSHA standards Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; technical school or vocational training preferred 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and system integration Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with pneumatic systems and cable assemblies preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team environment Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
