Sr Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support program execution by managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications. It involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
Facilitate the creation, review, and approval of project deliverables.
Lead assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication.
Prepare periodic status reports and manage project budgets.
Educate teams on relevant business methodologies and tools.
Support communication strategies and drive continuous program improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure representation across departments such as medical affairs, compliance, IT, HR, and finance.
Provide strategic and tactical support to team leaders in areas like process design, technology solutions, resource planning, risk management, and budgeting.
Identify and escalate risks, challenges, and issues to leadership as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of Project Management experience in multiple industries
Strategic design and execution of large-scale Projects/Programs
Strong communication leading and facilitating cross-functional meetings
Expertise utilizing MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PowerBI project experience
PMP
