This role is accountable for scaling USDC supply and usage through strategic partnerships with regional centralized exchanges and OTC providers, while shaping region-specific growth strategies grounded in local market dynamics. You will also lead the use of AI- and agent-driven capabilities to build highly automated growth platforms that accelerate education, engagement, and demand, positioning USDC as the trusted digital dollar in regional markets.What you’ll work onOwn and expand regional USDC liquidity and supply through strategic partnerships with centralized exchanges, OTC desks, and ecosystem partnersLead cross-functional execution across Business Development, Engineering, Policy, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver scalable, regionally compliant growth initiativesDesign and run AI-driven experimentation frameworks to accelerate awareness, education, and adoption of USDC in local marketsBuild automated, agent-powered growth systems that increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability of regional initiativesDefine and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences to track adoption, supply health, and share shiftIdentify and prioritize high-impact regional use cases, customer segments, and distribution channels for USDCDrive measurable share shift toward USDC versus competing stablecoins using market data and regional insightsWhat you’ll bring to CircleProven experience owning complex product strategies and driving execution from concept through measurable outcomesStrong ability to lead through influence and partner effectively across technical, commercial, and regulatory teamsStrategic and analytical mindset, with experience using data to prioritize initiatives and assess impactDemonstrated success building or scaling growth products, platforms, or programs in fast-moving environmentsComfort operating in ambiguity and adapting strategy as market conditions evolveClear, concise communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around vision and trade-offsPreferred RequirementsExperience in crypto, stablecoins, fintech, or digital asset ecosystemsExposure to AI-driven products, experimentation, or automation platformsBackground in consumer growth, lifecycle optimization, or demand-focused product initiativesCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
