Ideally, he/she has experience in the Fire & Gas Industr Key Responsibilities iesOwns and drives the product lifecycle management and the P&L for Integrated Fire & Gas Detection Automation Control System and Solut ionDrives and shapes the next generation of Automation System and the digital transformat ionOwns the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place and Promoti on.Ensures that training, marketing material, value proposition and differentiation is available and delivered in a compelling wayOwns the portfolio across its lifecycle (from introduction to phase out) and the respective processes including the stage-gate product development process across tea ms.Partners across the organization to identify and prioritize the roadmap towards the business objecti vesWorks with the wider Product Management Team to define and execute the integrated Fire, Gas and Systems product portfolio multi-year strat egyIdentifies and partners with third party suppliers to expand the offering to improve the value proposition or accelerate time to mar Basic Qualifications ionsBachelor's De gree5+ years' Product Management or Product Development experi enceKnowledge of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (e.g. PLC, DCS, SIS, ESD, Building Automation, Fire Cont rol)Ability to travel up to 25% of the Preferred Qualifications clude:Understanding of the Fire and Gas In dustrySignificant experience developing product road maps, business plan and business cases and execution of product development plansDemonstrated aptitude in leveraging human-centered design principles (UX) to deliver customer-focused products and sol utionsEntrepreneurial and innovative with a strategic m ind mindsetKnows, assessed or implemented the digital trends of the industry in concrete products or s ystemsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of the organi zationAn executive presence with polished and well-developed execution, written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical exp ertiseAssertive and confident with a strong point of view while able to understand/empathize and support other perspectives.
