What You Will Do: UW Health Cancer Center at ProHealth Care hasa great opportunity for a full-time, benefit eligible Radiation Therapist. The Radiation Therapist will join a team of highly experienced and tenured therapists and work in a dynamic environment. The Staff Radiation Therapist assists in localizing tumors, participates in treatment planning and delivers high doses of ionizing radiation for therapeutic purposes under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. Functions as a primary caregiver to patients and provides a link to other health care providers as needed. You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy,Radiography or related field. Will consider also candidates with an Associate's Degree and equivalent experience. If Bachelor's Degree: ARRT Registration required. If Associates Degree: Radiologic Tech (WI License) and Radiation Therapy Certification required. Ability to work at multiple sites with flexibility in scheduling as needed. Varian experience; true beam or vital beam experience. Experience with Aria EMR (Varian product) highly desirable.
