Remote Staffing Coordinator

Overview SelecSource is seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll recruit, onboard, and support employees while partnering with clients to meet their staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical positions Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, and virtual orientations Fill open positions quickly while maintaining quality hiring standards Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience preferred Previous experience working remotely is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS, and virtual communication platforms Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office/workspace Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive base pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Remote work environment with company support #J-18808-Ljbffr SelecSource
