Staffing Coordinator

To support the staffing needs of multiple rehabilitation communities, the part-time Staffing Coordinator will manage daily staffing coverage, maintain scheduling databases, and communicate effectively with therapy leaders and staff in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide daily staffing coverage and maintain effective communication with Program Managers and therapy staff Manage the Therapist Placement Database and coordinate coverage with community Program Managers Participate in staffing meetings and support the onboarding process for new hires within the region Required qualifications High school diploma, GED, or Associate's Degree Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in a client-oriented, healthcare role is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining effective working relationships
