San Jose, CA El Camino Health Medical Group is seeking 2 full time BC or BE Internal Medicine and Family Medicine providers to join our growing multi-specialty group in McKee and Willow Glen. Opportunity Details

* BC or BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Full spectrum practice - all age groups, emphasizing continuity, building panel, flexibility in procedures * Opportunity to work collaboratively with APCs to support paneled patient needs * Staffing structure built to support primary care patient needs * Straightforward access to collegial specialists * A desire to be a vital part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to provide high quality patient care with an ambition to grow a practice * Virtual inbasket support team * Physician centric organization, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, clinician / staff well-being, and innovation through AI and other exciting projects * Remote video visits * Collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization * Team based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with patient needs
