Clinical SupervisorRecover is a startup working to make addiction and mental health treatment more effective and accessible for low-income people. We partner with governments to improve outcomes for individuals in need of treatment, focusing on ensuring low-income Americans have access to the best care available. We utilize a harm reduction approach and are dedicated to serving marginalized and underserved communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.Our team includes professionals from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and former White House staff.As a Clinical Supervisor at Recover, you will help oversee the clinical staff of our substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs. You will provide supervision to a team of clinicians to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to clients at all stages of their recovery journey. You will collaborate with other leaders within the organization to maintain program quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of both clients and staff. This role requires someone with strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve diagnoses and assessments with Recover's clinical staff of therapists, counselors, and case managersEnsure that all clinical staff are delivering evidence-based practices in line with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.Treat a partial caseload of SUD clientsMonitor and evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
