Abatement Supervisor

The supervisor will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise abatement crews on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local environmental regulations. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies. Monitor work practices, containment setups, and decontamination procedures. Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, air monitoring records, and compliance paperwork. Coordinate project materials and equipment needs. Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, management, and inspectors. Perform site inspections and quality control checks. Train and mentor crew members on proper abatement procedures and safety protocols. Respond to project issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Current Supervisor Certification for asbestos, lead, mold, or other applicable abatement disciplines preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in environmental abatement, remediation, or construction supervision. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read project specifications, reports, and regulatory documents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with asbestos, lead, mold, and demolition projects. Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification. Experience conducting employee training and safety audits.
