About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in providing innovative legal advice on a range of corporate and securities matters, with a focus on executive compensation, equity programs, and capital markets activities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a JD and an active U.S. law license, at least 7 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department, and a strong background in corporate and securities law, particularly in a public company setting. The Senior Corporate Attorney will be responsible for leading U.S. securities law compliance, public company disclosure, and advising on corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of public company reporting requirements, experience in executive compensation and equity program support, and a proven track record in supporting capital markets transactions.
