Description

Schedule, compensation and location:
- Part-time 16 hours per week, daytime hours
- At least one shift must be completed on the weekend
- $18-$21 per hour
- Central Kitchen in Vadnais Heights
Required qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2 years of kitchen experience (ServSafe, preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
More on the role:
This is not your typical cook position! You'll be working in a commercial kitchen located in Vadnais Heights, MN that is not open to the public. Working alongside a team of cooks and kitchen assistants, you will be preparing meals for over 100 people living with disabilities. Major aspects of the role include:
- Food preparation and cooking (No dietary restrictions or special diets!)
- Bringing menu ideas to Kitchen Manager
- Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen
- Jumping in to deliver meals in a company vehicle to local facilities, as needed
